kcn stated on 2026-07-08 (after clearing ROBN, HK 00100 deep-loss discussion): “后续玩仓位集中,不散着玩了” — going forward, wants to run concentrated positions rather than spreading capital thin across many small tickers.
Why: Surfaced right after deciding to clear ROBN (a tail position that had already banked 2 rounds of profit-taking) and right after opening a token 1-share SPCX position. US book at the time had 7 small/scattered tickers (CRCL $125, PLTU $422, RKLX $278, SPCX $148, SPCH $1509, MSFU $462, plus ROBN being cleared) totaling only ~$3.3k — lots of small tickets for not much capital, several sub-$500 in size. HK book was already relatively concentrated (00100 + 07226 ≈ 83% of book).
How to apply:
- When suggesting new trades, favor adding to/consolidating existing core positions over opening new small tail tickers.
- Flag it (gently, in the moment) if a proposed trade would itself be a scatter move — e.g. a $100-200 token position in a new ticker — since that cuts against this stated intent.
- When reviewing the US book (currently the more scattered of the two), periodically point out which small positions are candidates for consolidation or exit rather than letting them linger as clutter.
- Doesn’t override risk management calls (stop-loss, profit-taking) — concentration is about how many tickets, not about ignoring individual position risk.
